USANA Scientists Publish Paper in Journal of Natural Products
Just thought the USANA family would be interested in hearing about a new clinical study that we published today in the prestigious Journal of Natural Products. Our clinical studies group, and especially one of our newest scientists, Adam Dern, worked very hard to get this study completed, and published.
This is very exciting news for USANA, not only because we were able to show a huge nearly 30-fold increase in the absorption of curcuminoids, (one of the ingredients in Procosa) but because this was a collaborative study with two other groups, one from the Universita degi Studi del Piemonte Orientale in Novara, Italy; and also with Indena S.p.A., a high end supplier of pharmaceuticals and nutraceutical extracts from Milan, Italy. Indena also is the patent holder on the new delivery system we used.
This is just another example of the top notch, cutting edge research we do every day at USANA to ensure that you receive the best supplements possible.

Wonderful news and mega congratulations to Dr. John Cuomo and Dr.Adam Dern. What joy it is to be associated with the best in the world; Usana and it’s scientists! At my age, I would not be climbing the high mountains of the world, and planning to go back to Mt. Everest, if I had not been on your amazing products for the last 17 years.
