I am on my second round of the reset jumpstart program. I had a lot of success with my first experience. I’ve lost and kept off 45 pounds in the last year and a half and am about 10 pouds from my goal weight. I wanted an extra push to get me there so I am half way through the second round of jumpstart.
I have loved the program, but I do have a couple of suggestions. First, I was really, really disappointed to see that orange nutrimeal is no longer available. It really helps to have variety those 5 days and the orange is probably my favorite flavor.
The second would be to incorporate a low-glycemic soup or cracker–something that is more savory. Everything except for the one serving of vegetables each day is sweet and it would be nice to have something more on the salty side of things.
I’ve been able to spread the news about Usana to several friends as they’ve seen my weight loss success. Thanks!
Looking forward to convention…maybe. My wife now has a mobility problem and at our last convention we encountered a great deal of walking, including stairs. Any mobility assistance available? Elevators? Bus transportation? etc?
